Supports Amplify’s People Team with HR operations and initiatives that improve employee experience, talent processes, and workplace culture.
What you'll do
- Support People Team operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR enablement, and HR systems maintenance.
- Assist with process improvements, recruiting coordination, documentation, communications, and tracking HR data and metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on employee engagement, retention, satisfaction, and culture initiatives.
