About the job
Supports the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training and enablement resources for Amplify’s internal teams and external education users.
What you'll do
- Help create training programs, onboarding materials, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Help identify training needs and manage LMS content, enrollment, completion tracking, and reporting.
- Track learner engagement, training effectiveness, and feedback to evaluate impact and identify improvements.
