Principal Product Designer, Agentic Workflows

What you'll do

• Define and lead design for Wave’s core experiences, from opportunity discovery and evidence review to planning and outcome tracking.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, customers, and executives to shape direction, resolve complexity, and iterate on designs.
• Mentor designers and drive alignment, storytelling, research synthesis, and high-quality product delivery.

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design leadership for complex or ambiguous products, including platforms or systems.
• Experience designing and shipping features powered by AI.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, align cross-functional partners, and deliver solutions to technical and human problems.
