About the job
Provides Tier 2 network operations support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and outage resolution across enterprise locations, including remote sites.
What you'll do
- Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets involving routers, switches, and cryptographic devices; perform incident and root cause analysis.
- Support network upgrades, installations, technical refreshes, site surveys, and new or enhanced implementations.
- Develop network SOPs, implement STIG requirements, and resolve critical network outages.
