What you'll do
- Originate, negotiate, document, and close credit facilities and related legal agreements.
- Manage credit exposure and collateral across venues and business lines, optimizing utilization, yield, and funding.
- Develop credit structures and operational processes, and maintain relationships with external funding partners.
