Supports institutional clients’ day-to-day digital-asset custody operations by reviewing and approving transactions, providing client support, and improving operational processes.
What you'll do
- Manage client operational tasks and transaction reviews and approvals; execute processes accurately and in a risk-conscious, timely manner.
- Coordinate with Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product to address complex client requests and refine operational workflows.
- Participate in evening and weekend on-call rotations.
