Provides legal support for Anchorage Digital’s trading solutions business, including negotiating digital-asset transaction agreements and advising on regulatory and commercial matters.
What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate, and manage templates for trading, prime brokerage, lending, collateral, and related agreements.
- Partner with trading, legal, and compliance teams on guidelines, policies, procedures, and staff training.
- Lead projects, communicate legal issues to stakeholders, and develop practical solutions for institutional clients.
