Own the day-to-day product management and evolution of Andela Talent Cloud, improving operations, platform quality, and user value while guiding meaningful AI integration.
What you'll do
- Set priorities, develop the roadmap, and address feature gaps for client, operations, and talent users.
- Build product metrics and analytics, partner with operations, and work with engineering on platform QA and customer communications.
- Guide AI integration in the platform and product workflows to deliver practical user value.
