Lead the architecture and full-stack development of Andela’s internal Ruby on Rails platform, improving its performance, security, and scalability.
What you'll do
- Guide Rails application architecture and optimize system performance.
- Deliver backend and frontend code, typically using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Set technical standards, review code, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
