2027 Early Career Industrial Engineer

What you'll do

• Own production-line metrics, KPIs, reporting, and tools that communicate manufacturing health.
• Design production lines and workstation layouts using data-driven methods such as Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and Line Balancing.
• Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve them.

What they ask for

• Must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
• Able to start full time in 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-rate manufacturing involving complex mechanical or electrical assemblies and substantial data use.
• Experience with factory design, material flow, manufacturing execution or ERP systems, production simulation, Lean Manufacturing, or SQL.

$74,000 — $99,000 USD (base salary)
