AI Solutions Engineer, Talent Acquisition

What you'll do

• Build, deploy, and measure AI agents and automations for recruiting workflows such as sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, and reporting.
• Own the TA AI and automation roadmap, including prioritization, leadership updates, and build-versus-buy assessments.
• Establish engineering practices and AI governance, and partner with TA Enablement to support AI literacy across recruiting.

What they ask for

• 4+ years building production software, including at least 1–2 years focused on applied AI or LLM-based systems.
• Production experience building AI agents or LLM-driven automations for a growing team, including prompt design, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, integrations, version control, testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience embedded in or partnering with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or People as the primary technical owner of AI or automation.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and scheduling tools.

$161,000 — $212,000 USD (base salary)
