Develops supplier networks, sourcing strategies, and cost management for product hardware throughout its lifecycle, supporting new product introduction and production scale-up.
What you'll do
- Select and develop suppliers; engage them early in product development and coordinate joint design, requirements, and statements of work.
- Manage NPI component procurement, manufacturing BOM development, CAPEX, component qualification, and supply-chain risk and lead-time optimization.
- Lead cost engineering, supplier and component rationalization, and lifecycle total-cost management, including tariffs and cost inflation.
