Administers and supports Anduril’s Siemens NX CAD environment, helping engineering and manufacturing teams use reliable, standardized tools and resolving CAD/PLM support issues.
What you'll do
- Configure and optimize the CAD environment, including templates, customization files, and role-based settings.
- Triage helpdesk requests and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 CAD/PLM support issues; onboard users and maintain documentation.
- Train and support engineering teams, coordinate improvements, and ensure configuration activities meet security, quality, and regulatory standards.
