Administers and supports Anduril’s Siemens NX CAD environment and related engineering tools, users, and support processes.
What you'll do
- Configure and optimize the NX environment, including templates, customizations, role-based settings, and defaults.
- Triage helpdesk requests and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 CAD/PLM support issues while meeting SLAs.
- Onboard users, maintain documentation, train teams, and coordinate CAD/PLM improvements across stakeholders.
