The Chief of Staff builds operating structure and decision clarity for the Production organization, extending the SVP’s effectiveness and leading cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage executive context, triage issues, and improve escalation quality and decision ownership.
- Design and drive the organization’s operating cadence, accountability systems, communications, and executive presentations.
- Lead strategic initiatives and plan VIP visits, summits, and other events.
