About the job
Manages construction projects for Anduril’s offices, factories, and secure spaces, from early planning and design through construction, closeout, and operations.
What you'll do
- Develop project requirements, estimates, design teams, budgets, forecasts, and executive financial reports.
- Set contracting strategies and manage project risk, contracts, and relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, track project progress, and advise across project phases.
What they ask for
- At least 5 years of progressive construction management experience.
- Strong design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup background; proven delivery of large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems, building codes, CPM scheduling, document review, and contract administration.

Nice to have
- Experience with advanced manufacturing projects and construction management software.
