About the job
Manages regional deployments, training, and sustainment of Anduril Air Defense systems to ensure customer mission readiness and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead deployment events, including site surveys, installation, testing, training, and sustainment.
- Develop and deliver initial and recurring training programs, curricula, proficiency standards, and readiness events.
- Build customer relationships, understand mission needs, and relay operational requirements and feedback to Anduril teams.

- Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field; defense, national security, or aerospace experience preferred.
- Proven experience planning and delivering technical training programs, including new equipment training and sustainment training.
- Project management skills and experience documenting processes, curricula, or programs of instruction.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; willing to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- Operational experience delivering defense technology solutions to USG customers; prior military experience, particularly in Air Defense, Fires, or related roles.
- Project Management Professional Certification; experience designing Train-the-Trainer or instructor-certification programs; active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

$147,000 — $196,000 USD (base salary)
