What you'll do
- Set manufacturing engineering strategy and advance processes, automation, and digital manufacturing tools.
- Lead and develop the manufacturing engineering team; manage department budgets, resources, and staffing.
- Support new product introduction and production scaling, including DfM/DfA and classified-product manufacturing systems.
