What you'll do
- Set manufacturing operations vision and manage the project portfolio to achieve it.
- Oversee production outcomes, including quality, on-time delivery, cost, and program attainment.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and supervisors; coordinate with engineering, planning, quality, and supply chain leaders.
