Director, Production Analytics

What you'll do

• Lead analytics on high-priority production problems and help programs identify risks early enough to act.
• Turn proven analytics into adopted, supported enterprise products and standardize or replace duplicated reporting.
• Lead the consolidated analytics team and managers, and maintain evidence-based insight into production ramp constraints and data quality.

What they ask for

• 10+ years in analytics, data, or quantitative operations, including 5+ years leading analytics or data teams; experience managing managers or clear readiness to do so.
• Strong SQL and a modern data stack, with the ability to personally analyze datasets and defend the method.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and analytically solve high-value problems in messy operational environments; track record of measurable operational outcomes.
• Experience shipping analytics as supported products with real users, and retiring what they replace; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance and meet U.S. person status required per ITAR/EAR.

Nice to have

• Operational depth in manufacturing, supply chain, or planning; analytical ownership of a production ramp from low rate to high rate.
• Databricks and Palantir Foundry; dimensional modeling and semantic or ontology layers; experience in high-rate or high-mix manufacturing, defense production, or another rapidly scaling environment.
