What you'll do
- Build and lead the team responsible for systems training and adoption, including staffing and resource planning.
- Own the support model, escalation workflows, and operational service-level tracking for mission-critical systems.
- Develop role-based training and change-management programs, partnering with operations, IT, quality, and engineering.
