What you'll do
- Build and manage staffing, local business operations, and resource-planning processes; monitor progress against recruiting, financial, and headcount plans.
- Partner with engineering, test, finance, analytics, and leadership teams to close operational gaps and support program schedules and resource allocation.
- Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate executive meetings; serve as liaison to Anduril UK on international trade and export compliance.
