What you'll do
- Develop and improve recruiting strategies, candidate management, and data extraction using prospecting tools and automation.
- Partner with recruiting teams and business leaders on hiring strategy, process improvements, and complex recruiting projects; manage execution against hiring goals.
- Own candidate pipelines and metrics, including sourcing outreach, candidate data, and offer/close rates; attend university recruiting trips and events as needed.
