What you'll do
- Conduct investigations end to end, from intake and evidence gathering through interviews, written findings, and recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with frontline managers, identify emerging workplace issues, and advise on employee concerns.
- Improve investigation workflows and deliver manager training and other proactive employee-relations programs.
