Leads end-to-end change enablement for enterprise systems and organizational transformations, preparing employees to adopt new processes and tools.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, training, readiness measurement, and sustainment.
- Plan communications and design and deliver training; evaluate effectiveness and improve based on adoption data.
- Coordinate change activities with project teams and business leaders, and track organizational readiness for go-live.
What they ask for
- 6+ years of experience in change management, organizational enablement, or a related field, including ownership of communications and training for enterprise implementations or large-scale transformations.
- Experience leading enablement for HRIS, ERP, or other enterprise system rollouts, or supporting M&A integrations involving process and systems changes.
