What you'll do
- Manage the MRB process from non-conformance intake and structural substantiation through repair release and production closure.
- Set technical standards, review complex dispositions and repair designs, and hire, mentor, and develop engineers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive corrective actions and process improvements to reduce rework and scrap.
