Performs routine building maintenance, inspections, repairs, and emergency response to keep facilities safe and operational.
What you'll do
- Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing; troubleshoot and repair faults.
- Coordinate contractors and respond to facility emergencies, including outside normal working hours.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes, and document inspections, repairs, schedules, and inventory.
