What you'll do
- Oversee and staff shared services, including machining, hydrostatic testing, tooling fabrication, and 3D printing; supervise and develop technical services staff.
- Design and manage scheduling and resource-allocation processes, coordinate priorities across business lines, and address capacity constraints.
- Build operating procedures and performance metrics, monitor utilization, forecast demand, and report production risks to site leadership.
