What you'll do
- Conduct interviews and competency assessments, source candidates, and manage the candidate experience through offer acceptance.
- Partner with Real Estate and Facilities leadership to define roles, calibrate candidate profiles, and report on pipelines.
- Advise leaders on market conditions and compensation expectations, and build outreach campaigns for G&A talent.
