Recruit and hire G&A talent, especially for legal, real estate, and facilities teams, managing the full recruiting lifecycle in a hybrid Atlanta contract role.
What you'll do
- Interview and assess candidates, engage passive talent, and build diverse pipelines with an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with Real Estate and Facilities leaders to define hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and report pipeline progress.
- Advise leaders on market conditions and compensation expectations, and create outreach campaigns that communicate the company’s value proposition.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting focused on G&A roles, with meaningful exposure to real estate, workplace, and/or facilities hiring.
- Experience evaluating candidates across G&A functions and managing strategic relationships with legal, real estate, and facilities leaders.
- Experience advising leadership on talent markets and compensation expectations, and sourcing for both office-based and site- or field-based roles.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in defense technology, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Understanding of federal security clearances and hiring timelines, or a track record filling senior legal, real estate, or facilities roles.
Pay
$60 — $70 USD per hour; base salary only
