Recruit a broad range of G&A talent, especially for legal, real estate, and facilities teams, managing the full hiring lifecycle and partnering with leaders on hiring strategy.
What you'll do
- Conduct interviews and competency assessments, source candidates, and manage the recruiting lifecycle through offer acceptance.
- Partner with Real Estate and Facilities leadership to define role needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and report on pipelines.
- Advise leaders on talent markets and compensation expectations while delivering a strong candidate experience.
