Recruit a broad range of legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal talent, managing the full hiring lifecycle in partnership with Legal and business leaders.
What you'll do
- Conduct candidate interviews and competency assessments, and manage recruiting pipelines through the hiring process.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, campaigns, networks, associations, and events.
- Partner with Legal leadership and hiring teams to define role requirements, advise on talent markets, and provide a positive candidate experience.
