What you'll do
- Develop and execute composites sourcing strategies; lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and supplier negotiations.
- Manage contract manufacturers, supplier performance, risk, continuity of supply, and new product introduction through mass production.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams on technical requirements, cost analysis, manufacturing decisions, and product milestones.
