Establishes and leads Anduril’s maintenance, repair, and overhaul function for products and components, scaling repair operations to support deployed equipment readiness.
What you'll do
- Build the MRO organization, including staffing, facilities, tools, processes, and team capabilities.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and programs to meet material needs and manage subcontracted versus in-house repairs.
- Prioritize repair backlog, turnaround time, and costs across business lines and divisions.
