What you'll do
- Direct manufacturing operations, including factory planning, staffing, capital forecasting, production execution, and product maturation.
- Lead Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams in executing strategic plans and meeting financial, quality, and delivery KPIs.
- Guide implementation of manufacturing systems and digital technologies, and partner cross-functionally on production strategy.
