What you'll do
- Own production activity, budgets, schedules, readiness reviews, and delivery performance.
- Build and lead production teams; establish manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production infrastructure.
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, program management, and customers; implement production systems and continuous improvement.
