What you'll do
- Set global sourcing strategies and lead a team of commodity managers and sourcing professionals.
- Manage executive relationships and complex supplier negotiations, including long-term agreements and commercial terms.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing to support NPI, production scaling, cost optimization, and supply chain risk mitigation.
