Develops simulation-based virtual factories, production plans, layouts, and operational improvements to help scale defense manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a data-driven 3D virtual factory to model processes and support performance, transformation, and investment decisions.
- Create feasible production schedules, capacity plans, line layouts, staffing allocations, and manufacturing time standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, monitor production KPIs, and drive operational improvements with cross-functional teams.
