About the job
Own and maintain classified IT infrastructure for the Space team, ensuring systems are hardened, compliant, resilient, and ready for mission operations.
What you'll do
- Administer Windows and Linux systems and manage VMware infrastructure, including provisioning, patching, and STIG compliance.
- Apply and validate security baselines, support vulnerability remediation and security assessments, and document compliance evidence.
- Maintain enterprise services, automation, monitoring, backup and recovery, and transition environments to steady-state operations after ATO.

- Experience administering and hardening Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) in classified environments.
- Hands-on VMware vSphere administration, including provisioning and patching.
- Ability to apply and validate STIGs using SCAP/SCC tools; experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise patch management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python and Ansible; active U.S. Secret security clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph that can be maintained.
Nice to have

- Experience transitioning environments through the ATO process; relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, RHCSA, or VCP.
