What you'll do
- Own integration and installation processes for solid rocket motors, thrusters, fluid systems, and ordnance, including handling and safety controls.
- Develop manufacturing documentation and processes, including work instructions, validation, root cause analysis, PFMEA, and first article inspection.
- Improve designs for manufacturability, qualify handling tools, interface with suppliers, and mentor engineers and technicians.

- Experience under a formal explosives or energetics safety program, plus hands-on experience in at least two specified propulsion, fluid-system, or ordnance areas.
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; willing to travel up to 25%.

- Formal explosives safety certification or qualification, such as DoD 4145.26, DOT hazardous materials, range safety, or an equivalent program.
- Solid rocket motor flight-program experience, launch site integration, familiarity with listed safety standards, or cleanroom manufacturing with contamination control.
