What you'll do
- Own manufacturing strategy and execution for spacecraft hardware, from design for manufacturability through vehicle integration.
- Design and develop production tooling and mechanical ground support equipment, including analysis, procurement, and deployment.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor engineers to improve manufacturing quality, reliability, and efficiency.
