Leads manufacturing test engineering to ensure product quality and production throughput across system and component testing.
What you'll do
- Lead a small engineering group and coordinate production improvement projects; troubleshoot electrical test issues.
- Maintain and improve manufacturing test systems, automation, throughput, consistency, coverage, and equipment calibration.
- Analyze failures and test data, support root-cause and corrective actions, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
