What you'll do
- Build and mentor a manufacturing test engineering team and guide technical problem-solving.
- Set the manufacturing test systems strategy and roadmap, champion Design for Testability, and scale products from prototype to production.
- Oversee test tooling and equipment, analyze station performance, lead root-cause investigations, and ensure maintenance, calibration, and validation.
