What you'll do
- Direct daily warehouse priorities and tasks, remove blockers, and oversee safety and standard work.
- Own inventory accuracy, report risks and performance metrics, and resolve KPI issues with cross-functional partners.
- Develop the team through collaboration, training, daily standups, and continuous improvement.
