What you'll do
- Coordinate shipments, delivery windows, packaging, documentation, and material distribution between the test site, Anduril facilities, and customer locations.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records and transactions in Oracle and Odoo; identify shortages and resolve or escalate discrepancies.
- Prepare and move materials for test events and operations, using material-handling equipment as needed.
What they ask for
- 10+ years as a materials coordinator, warehouse associate, or in an equivalent role.
- 2+ years leading a team, including training and mentoring employees.
- Knowledge of standard inventory practices and familiarity with ERP or warehouse/inventory-control systems.
- Able to work onsite five days per week, perform physical material-handling tasks, travel up to 20%, and hold a valid driver’s license; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of forklift experience and license; experience in field operations, test ranges, remote sites, or defense/aerospace.
- Spreadsheet skills, lot/serial/batch tracking, or hazardous-shipment handling experience.
Pay
$35 — $47 USD per hour; base salary
