What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers, and lead cross-functional supply-chain initiatives.
- Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier terms, resolve supply-base issues, and improve supply-chain processes and performance.
- Support product and manufacturing scale-up through BOM development and risk assessment, component qualification, cost engineering, and supplier localization.
