Leads technicians producing unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), supporting manufacturing operations, quality, safety, delivery, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead and train technicians through UAS production and factory acceptance; provide hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, and repair support.
- Prioritize operator workloads, enforce safety and standard work, and contribute to 5S and process improvements.
- Complete production-system transactions and daily records, and report production progress, blockers, risks, and needs.

- 2+ years in a lead or production operations role; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.
Pay
$33 — $43 USD (base salary; hourly)
