Leads technician activities for fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing of Omen aircraft systems, coordinating with engineering and production from development through full-rate manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead daily technician work, priorities, training, and production target execution.
- Build and test pre-production, qualification, and production hardware; support transition to full-rate production.
- Maintain the pilot line and tools, document build and test issues, and provide engineering feedback on processes and work instructions.
