Conduct full-cycle recruiting for legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal talent, partnering with Legal leadership to scale Anduril’s legal organization.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from sourcing and assessment through offer acceptance, including candidate pipeline reporting and candidate experience.
- Source and assess legal talent using targeted outreach, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and specialized networks.
- Partner with Legal leadership and hiring stakeholders to define roles, calibrate candidate profiles, and advise on talent-market conditions.

- Experience assessing legal capabilities and managing strategic stakeholder relationships, including with general counsel and proposal/capture teams.
