What you'll do
- Lead strategic initiatives and operational projects from definition through implementation across the Air Defense business line.
- Manage workforce planning, including headcount, recruiting coordination, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance.
- Manage facilities strategy and execution, and evolve Air Defense’s Confluence information architecture and adoption.
